Birch in a Desert Wind, vol. 1, Jerusalem: Carmel Publishing House and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, 2009 (Hebrew). This is an amplified Hebrew edition of Between Snow and Desert Heat - Russian Influences on Hebrew Literature: 1870 – 1970 (2003, English). In the Hebrew edition of the book the analyses of Russian influences on Hebrew works of literature are more precise than in the English and Russian editions. This is the first volume of my work on Russian influences on Hebrew literature. A second volume will follow.
